Today we continue the conversation that we started a number of vlogs ago (see Creativity Is A Muscle) about the connection between physical exercise and creative exercise.
But first, I transcribed a few more sections of The Learn In Public Workbook, posted the latest Verbal To Visual episode (How To Structure A Sketchnoting Practice Session) and yesterday’s vlog, and then hosted our weekly webinar workshop within The Verbal To Visual Classroom (my favorite way to end the week).
After my post-run stretch and roll-out, I started thinking about the need to end creative exercise with some sort of a cool down – something to stretch and massage my creative muscles so that they can recover properly for the next day’s work.
I’m not yet sure what that creative cool down will look like for me, but I’m starting to think about it.
